For REB single phase
transformer and BPDB three phase transformer manufacturing and preparation for
tender, here I would like to inform you about the shed, crane, certifications,
machines and others conditions/situations.
Information of Shed:
1.
Main Production,
Washing Plant, Painting Plant and Sub-Station shed are completed.
2.
Washing
plant and painting door canopy setting
- Making complete. (Fitting remain –My transformer team can’t fitting this
because height).
3.
Testing
room making (steel fabrication work & RCC
casting work): - All materials in hand which are received 13 th
February 2020, I have contacted with Engr. Ismail vaiya who has been suggested
me then I have started my work with Transformer manufacturing team where most
of the personnel are unskilled in construction work.
Here we have almost done steel
work, we are working for its shattering (from 1st June to 5th
June 2020 we could not work because insufficient balance in Pre-paid electric
meter), I have already informed all details Engr. Ismail time to time.
4.
Chemical Tank Pipe fitting for water and heater - just small amount of materials not available at site. But
this Pipe Fitting work always start just after Chemical tank pasting, here I
need inform you that our work done at 29th February 2020.
At February’20 our team (where only two wielders and
workshop person others are special machine operators that’s why most of work is
slow) work for PI Pipe thread Cutting, Cable Tray making, Table fame making,
Chemini, Plunge making and delivery to Bristy Attires Ltd.
And March’20 this team work for BD Box for TCL, BD Box,
Table frame, PI Pipe thread Cutting for Bristy Attires Ltd, MS sheeting repair
and making for B&T Development Uttata, BSTI Sample Transformer – 2 Pces
250KVA 3- Phase Transformer.
5. Chemical
Tank walking base making (RCC & Steel work),
very small amount of materials will require. But this work always start just
after Chemical tank pasting, here I need inform you that our work done at 29th
February 2020. At these months we are busy with above details work.
6.
Sub-Station
is already done
gate and 2 sides wall will be after sub-station equipment installation. Shed
inside electrical wiring and BD Box setting will be done after making (in
house) and cable purchase we can do so, but we have discussed that we do this
after confirmation of any transformer tender.
Information of Crane:
1.
Main production:
Without main power trolley driving Motor setting, it is done. (We have decided
that it will be done after confirm Tender).
2.
Washing Plant Crane: Without main power trolley driving Motor all
materials are available here but because of unavailable skilled technicians we
could not do.
